If you wish to download items from the Library catalogue you will need to add an email address to your library account.
If you do not have an email address as part of your library account, then you will get an error message. If you try to download an item directly from the catalogue and you do not have an account, or there is an issue with your card then you will be asked to create an account. Technical issues are handled by Overdrive using the help option within the Libby App.
If you experience any issues with your card number, then please email please include your card number. To download the app please visit the Overdrive website.
